FULL-TIME POSITION

JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES

Oversee a project or multi-projects from beginning to end including but not limited to: 

  • Estimating and manage budgets

  • Schedule supplies, permanent material, and equipment needs

  • Handle both administrative and field operations

  • Hire and collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and owners representatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience managing estimates and budgets for construction projects

  • Knowledge of construction material and equipment

  • Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills

  • Self starter and experience in a leadership role.
