MANAGEME
FULL-TIME POSITION
JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES
Oversee a project or multi-projects from beginning to end including but not limited to:
-
Estimating and manage budgets
-
Schedule supplies, permanent material, and equipment needs
-
Handle both administrative and field operations
-
Hire and collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and owners representatives
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous experience managing estimates and budgets for construction projects
-
Knowledge of construction material and equipment
-
Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills
-
Self starter and experience in a leadership role.
